How to use:

The formulation incense: For two ounces of butter soft butter, add 7 to 10 drops of essential oil of incense. Mix well with a spatula and voilà! Your own powerful eczema cream is ready! Spread over the affected skin.

4. Helichrysum Essential Oil

Like Frankincense, The Helichrysum essential oil is also one of the best essential oils for eczema. Helichrysum also helps heal scars; especially acne scars. It has strong anti-inflammatory properties and also helps reduce the painful itching of the skin caused by eczema.

How to use:

Helichrysum Healer: Add 4 tablespoons of cocoa butter, 2 tablespoons coconut oil and 1 teaspoon of beeswax granules in a clean glass jar. Gently place the jar in a pan filled with a few inches of water and heat using a low heat until all the ingredients have melted. Allow to harden for one or two hours before use.

7. Neroli Essential Oil

Neroli essential oil which is extracted from delicate white neroli flowers is another one of the best essential oils for eczema. It helps heal inflamed skin and soothe itching. It also has an incredible smell too!

How to use:

Neroli Nourishing Treatment: Fill a small bowl with 2 ounces of coconut oil and add 5 to 7 drops of the essential oil of neroli. Mix well with a spatula. Apply evenly on the affected skin for relief.

8. Bergamot essential oil

Bergamot essential oil is obtained from bergamot oranges. This essential oil is very good for fading acne scars, promoting healthy skin, rejuvenating dull skin and healing eczema. Bergamot Balm: Make a citrus bergamot balm by mixing 5-7 drops of essential oil of bergamot in 2 ounces of avocado butter. Stir well and store in a dark, dry place. Apply at night for the reason explained above.

Thyme Treatment: Place 7 to 10 drops of essential oil of thyme, ½ cup coconut oil into a clean container. Mix well and apply liberally to the affected area three times a day.

Cleansing and purifying birch essential oil has many beauty benefits – it helps clear congested skin, rejuvenates dull skin and effectively treats psoriasis, dermatitis and eczema.

How to use:

Whipped Cream Eczema: In a double boiler, add 3 tablespoons of raw shea butter then add 3 tablespoons coconut oil and 6 drops of essential oil of birch and 3 drops of peppermint essential oil. Use a hand mixer to mix the ingredients into a whipped cream.

Quick Eczema Relief: Add 7-10 drops of essential oil of hyssop in two ounces of vitamin E cream and mix well. Store in a small mason jar and get a refreshing relief.
